1840's Former Farmhouse situated 1 1/2 miles north of the historic village of Castle Acre which offers
a village green, the remains of the 12th Century Priory & Castle, a fine church and local shops, it is also
situated close to the ancient Roman Road of Peddars Way.

access to all of the North Norfolk coastal resorts and many places of interest including Sandringham, Holkham Hall and
Houghton Hall.
The larger centre of Kings Lynn with its Port and Medieval
Centre is also close by.
